Cinnamon oil is very effective in improving memory. This oil reduces cholesterol, due to which your brain works fast. This oil cools down the brain. By reducing stress, it makes the brain faster.
2. Walnuts
Walnuts contain anti-oxidants. Eating at least seven nut daily keeps diseases away. Also cholesterol is controlled by walnut. Walnuts are helpful in improving memories. Memory increases by eating 20 grams of walnuts and 10 grams of raisins.
3. Linseed oil
Omega 3 fatty acids are also found at abundance in linseed oil. The oil of linseed increases concentration, improves memory and increases the power of thinking.
4. Coffee
People who drink coffee in the morning, work more quicker than those who do not drink coffee. If you want to stay fit in the afternoon, then take help of coffee. According to researchers, caffeine activates those parts of the brain, from where the activity, mood and focus of the person are regulated.
5. Almond
Soak almonds in water at night. Take out the peel in the morning and make a paste by finely grinding it. Now take a glass of hot milk and stir the almond paste. Also add 3 spoons of honey. Drink milk when it is hot. Do not eat any thing for two hours after drinking this mixture.
