Maternal and child health:

Pregnancy is an important time when mother and pregnant baby needs the most care. After pregnancy, the mother has to face physical and mental health problems. If the time is not resolved, it can also have its side effects on the newborn. Yoga and naturopathic methods are considered safe, easy-to-use and without side effects; they help in fixing these problems. Yoga therapy tips for pregnancy and general delivery easy :

Asan: 
Vajrasana, Sukhasan, Tadasan, breathing etc. Easy Practice and comfortable Asan should perform.
Pranayama:
Deep breathing and cleft nervous cleansing in pure fresh air
Care:
By concentrating the mind, sit in relaxation and practice meditation regularly for 10-10 minutes in the morning.
Restricted :
Do not practice Kapalbhati, Udidyan band, Nauli, Kunjal, Surya Namaskar, Asana should do not practice along with who do cause pain or stress due to doing those actions.

About a month after delivery
  • After normal delivery, easy postures such as Bhujganas, UttanPadaasan, Konasan, Tadasan, udhrv Hrutochitansana and Shavasana could be performed easily
  • Nadi purification pranayama but if necessary all kinds of pranayama.
  • Meditation or yoga sleep

Natural Medicine Tips for Pregnancy and Normal Delivery
  • Morning walk  for 1/2 hour Daily
  • Cold Katisnana
  • Stomach belt of Mud
  • Sun Bath
Food:
Take light and nutrient rich vegetarian food. Eat plenty of fresh seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables.

After delivery
  • Morning Walk for 1/2 hour
  • Surya Namaskar
  • Light Body Massage

Pregnant women and feeding mothers can choose their diet from the following table:
  • Vegetables: - All leafy vegetables, gourd, tarai, parwal, tinda, turnips, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, spinach, tomato etc.
  • Grains: - Brown Rice, Bran with flour
  • Sweet foods: - honey, jaggery
  • Sprouts (Germinated Diet): - Mung, Month, Wheat, Alfalfa, Peanut and Fenugreek etc
  • Dried fruits and fruits: - dates, figs, crowns, raisins, cashews, almonds, walnuts etc.
  • Fresh fruits: - Fresh and ripe juicy fruits of the season such as guava, nasapati, apple, banana, chiku, Mosami, orange etc.
  • Fruit juice: - Fresh fruit like apple, carrot, mosami, orange juice etc.
  • Soup: - Spinach, carrot, tomatoes, beetroot and coriander etc. mixed soup or separately prepared soup
  • Other: - Lemon water, buttermilk, coconut water etc.


Dietary and Routine works for pregnant woman:

Morning: 5 am to 6 am: Ushapan and Routine Works, Asana / Pranayama / Walking / Meditation
Breakfast from 7 am to 8 am: Seasonal fruits - Apples, pears, pecans, bananas, guava and figs / sprouted mungs, wheat, alfalfa, peanuts, dates of dates / spinach.
Food from 11 am to 12 pm: Whole wheat's flour Roti, low oil spices green vegetables, moong dal / fresh butter / green vegetables / soup / green coriander chutney
Evening 3 to 4 o'clock: Seasonal fruit like morning or carrot juice / natural tea
Food from 6 to 7 pm: Whole wheat's flour Roti, low oil spices green vegetables, salad, or wheaten porridge + green vegetable / yogurt / green vegetable's soup.

Restricted Diet: Do not use tea, coffee, sugar , maida stuff, garam masala, fried things, eggs, meat etc.

Digestible diet: Cheese, dry fruits almonds, cashews, walnuts and peanuts should be included in their diet as per the requirement. In the above diet table, necessary changes can be made by the advice of the physician. Be sure to consult your doctor whenever needed.

Other recommendations to be followed during pregnancy
1. Regularly perform self-meditation and keep optimistic thoughts during pregnancy, the reading of the life of spiritual and great people should be read and be blissful.
2. A pregnant woman should stay away from jealousy, anger, passion and sexuality. By renouncing bad people and keeping good people together, the mind should be kept clean and calm.
3. Have a nice picture in your bedroom. Its positive effect falls on the infant coming.
4. The pregnant woman's diet should be nutritious, balanced and pure. In determining that diet, the following points should be kept in mind:
  • Essential nutrients for mother
  • Essential nutrients for the development and growth of the fetus
  • Essential nutrition for the development of mother's uterus, breast, and womb
  • Essential nutritional elements for the production of milk after delivery and postnatal
5. Due to the lack of proper nutrition, there is a possibility of disease due to infertility, rickets and malnutrition.
6. Excessive stress, distraction should be avoided  and should prevent own self from watching images that have a bad and violent effect on the mind.
7. A pregnant woman should drink plenty of water.
8. After an evening meal, you should walk for half an hour.
