How to prevent stomach diseases?
In the summer season, cases of stomach-related diseases go up. According to Ayurveda, in summer season, there is excessive increase in bile dysfunction in the body. Bile is related to our digestive system. Therefore, due to excessive bile, many types of stomach diseases such as stomachache, acidity, intestinal swelling, diarrhea, gas etc have increased.

Side effect of contaminated water:
In the summer season, consumption of contaminated water and polluted food often leads to stomachache, cholera, typhoid, intestinal infections and other diseases. Due to dehydration, there are also chances of diseases like body pain, fever etc. In addition, health problems such as heat stroke can also happen.

Avoiding hot Natured Foods:
It is very necessary to keep body cool to stay healthy during the summer season. Intake of tea, coffee, chillies, hot-spices, meat (non-veg), alcohol, tobacco, citrus and hot water should be avoided. Drink two to three liters of water throughout the day. Drinking coconut water, watermelon, muskmelon, cucumber, mangoes, sattu, cold sorbet (khas, rose and sandal) and cooling products intake are beneficial for health.

Indigestion or Dyspepsia is the root cause of abdominal pain and stomach disorders,. Due to excessive bile, digestion power becomes weak during the summer season. The food does not digest properly and the toxic substance gets accumulated in the intestines. For this reason tension in the stomach, stomach ache, frequent bowel movements, intestinal swelling and irritation have occured.

To get rid of stomach ache and other stomach disorders, follow these tips:
  • Make the powder by taking 10-10 grams of dry ginger, cumin seeds, coriander, 20 grams fennel by grind them. Take one spoon this powder with water.
  • Drink Sharbat twice a day.
  • Take 1 spoon of salts with Lavan Bhaskar Churna with buttermilk.
  • Take half a lemon juice in a glass of water, add pinch of black salt and half a teaspoon roasted cumin seeds. Drink it.
  • Eat the pulp of aloe vera 2 to 3 large spoons empty stomach in morning.
  • Take 1/2 teaspoon of neem leaves twice a day.
  • Mix powdered mint 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon fresh coriander and 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 cup water. Drink it.
