Home Remedies of Obesity
- Take half lemon juice and add it in a glass of hot water in the morning empty stomach. Mixing honey in it will give you more benefits. It makes metabolism faster and burns fat fast.
- Cut Ginger into two pieces and boil in one cup of water. After cooking for 10 minutes, remove the pieces of ginger and drink it like tea.
- Garlic has obesity-reducing elements. Squeeze the lemon into a cup of water. Now take three garlic pieces with this water. Their consumption of empty stomach daily is beneficial.
- Omega 3 fatty acids present in almonds are helpful in reducing fat. Soak 6-8 almonds every night and eat them in morning after peeling.
- Mix one or two spoonfuls of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water and drink it half an hour before eating,. It burns calories more.
- Grind mint leaves and coriander leaves together. Mix salt and lemon in it and prepare chutney and take it with meals daily. Metabolic rate increases with consumption of mint, so that fat is burned early.
- Aloevera keeps metabolism right and does not allow fat stores. Mix one spoon cumin powder in two teaspoon aloe vera juice and mix in half of glass lukewarm water. Drink it empty stomach and eat something after 60 minutes.
