Energy Drink:
According to the research, the use of sweeter aspartame found in Energy and Soft drinks is associated with low number of sperms counts. Also, this spoils the sperm DNA.
You should avoid having drinks with full fat and high sugar drinks. It has also been found in the research that the men who drink too much of soft drinks, their sperm count decreases.
