Benefits of Mint Tea in Gas, acidity, indigestion, constipation:

Mint tea:
Peppermint has been considered effective in removing acidity. The nature of the mint is cold. It relieves stomach pain, twisting and gas caused by bad food. The menthol present in it also refreshes the mouth and also protects against various types of diseases. After eating, drinking a cup of piper mint tea is beneficial for digestion.

How to Prepare Mint Tea:
Heat the water and pour the peppermint water bag in it and cover it for 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove it from the tea bag and drink it. This keeps digestion well.
