Home remedies to Quit Tobacco Habit

The following prescriptions can be adopted in reducing the habit of smoking tobacco:
  1. Mix granules of sugar candy with finely fennel. Suck this mixture slowly and eat by chewing when it become soft.
  2. Clean the celery and let it soak lemon juice and black salt for two days. Keep it dry in the shade. Keep sucking it for while.
  3. Let the small harad soak for two days in the solution of lemon juice and rock salt . Dry it in the shade and fill it in the vial and keep sucking it. Eat by chewing when softened.
  4. To leave the habit of smoking tobacco, put the perfumed cotton of performs of Kewada, Rose, Khas etc. in the ear during the summer season.
  5. Smells Henna fragrance when desire of eating tobacco arises.
  6. Leave the habit of eating tobacco slowly. Do not stop immediately, because nicotine levels in the blood should be reduced gradually.
