- Boil the soft cucumber powder in milk and drink it. It provides relief in fierce panic pain.
- Take dried ginger and Gokhru in equal quantity, drink it in the morning and evening, provides relief in the back pain.
- Mix hundred grams of oregano powder and one hundred grams of jaggery together in a compartment and eat 5 - 5 grams in the morning and evening. It provides relief in back pain.
- Boil 5 grams of dates and add 2 grams of fenugreek powder in it and drink it every day to get relief in the back pain.
