Here we are describing few facts that makes a person unhealthy. We can avoid lot of diseases by correcting daily mistakes:
- 90 percent of the diseases are only due to stomach. Constipation is main cause of stomach Disease. Clearing constipation will prevent from large number of diseases.
- 160 diseases are caused by meat/non vegetarian diet alone
- 103 diseases occur due to drinking water after meal. Drink water only after one hour of meal.
- 80 diseases are caused by drinking tea.
- 48 Diseases are caused by cooking meal in aluminum utensils.
- Alcohol, cold drinks and tea intake cause heart disease.
- Eating eggs causes cardiovascular disease, kidney stones and kidneys failure.
- Fridge water and ice creams causes shrinkage of large intestine.
- Maggi, gutka, alcohol, pork, pizza, burger, beedi, cigarette, pepsi, coke etc damage the large intestine.
- Taking bathing after meal causes weak digestion power and the body becomes weak.
- Hair coloring substances can cause loss of eyes (also blindness).
- Eating salt (salted substances) with milk (tea) causes skin diseases.
