Twenty one mistakes that makes you Unhealthy

Here we are describing few facts that makes a person unhealthy. We can avoid lot of diseases by correcting daily mistakes:

  1. 90 percent of the diseases are only due to stomach. Constipation is main cause of stomach Disease. Clearing constipation will prevent from large number of diseases.
  2. 160 diseases are caused by meat/non vegetarian diet alone
  3. 103 diseases occur due to drinking water after meal. Drink water only after one hour of meal.
  4. 80 diseases are caused by drinking tea.
  5. 48 Diseases are caused by cooking meal in aluminum utensils.
  6. Alcohol, cold drinks and tea intake cause heart disease.
  7. Eating eggs causes cardiovascular disease, kidney stones and kidneys failure.
  8. Fridge water and ice creams causes shrinkage of large intestine.
  9. Maggi, gutka, alcohol, pork, pizza, burger, beedi, cigarette, pepsi, coke etc damage the large intestine.
  10. Taking bathing after meal causes weak digestion power and the body becomes weak.
  11. Hair coloring substances can cause loss of eyes (also blindness).
  12. Eating salt (salted substances) with milk (tea) causes skin diseases.
  13. Hair shampoo, conditioner and various types of oils causes hair fall and two sided hair.
  14. With hot water, the body's immune power decreases and the body becomes weak. The eyes become weakened by putting hot water on the head.
  15. Tying a tie can damage the eyes and mind.
  16. Drinking water in standing position causes joint pains and arthritis
  17. Urinating in standing possition causes damage to the spinal cord.
  18. After adding salt in cooked food increase the blood pressure problem.
  19. Sneezing loudly can damage the ear.
  20. Age reduced by taking breath through mouth.
  21. Due to excessive bending on the books, the lungs become weak and fear of tuberculosis increases.
